From the Campground

The flowers have just exploded with all of this sun and warmth. The Iris are among my favorites and they just happen to be the state flower of Tennessee.

We are in full preparation mode, getting ready for the Memorial day weekend. The gardens are almost in presentable shape, the grass is mowed and the newly revised Office Building is cleaned up from the construction mess. The pool is running for hours each day getting cleared and in chemical balance. Can’t have any “off- balance” you know. That state is reserved for us.

We finalized plans for the first Blue Grass Night of the season. This year we’ll start out on June 7th with the “Blue Grass Jammers”. Local guys who just live for Blue Grass music. More trout survived the big wash out than we initially thought so David is busy in the “nursery”. Now, Off to the weeds I go….
