From the Campground

This Monster Moth showed up on the screen door

He was about 6 feet across. Ok that might be a major exaggeration but he was at least 6 inches log. The pictures are not very clear, but the spots on the wings looked like big eyeballs. His tail was split like a swallow. The middle pictures is of his bottom side. See the multiple feet ? The body was a thick cylinder. I did check at few web sites but have still not identified his name. When our local Ranger stops in, I’ll ask & if he knows, I will let you know. In the mean time I have named him Mammoth Marvelous Moth.
